1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or participating in any Enduro Edge event, ride, training session, or experience, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not participate in our activities.

2. Nature of Activities

Enduro Edge organizes off-road motorcycle experiences, training sessions, guided rides, and adventure events. All activities are adventure-based and involve inherent risks including, but not limited to, physical injury, property damage, weather conditions, terrain challenges, and unforeseen circumstances.

Participants voluntarily accept these risks by joining any of our events.

3. Eligibility & Rider Responsibility

• Participants must be of legal riding age and possess valid identification when required.
• Riders must have basic physical fitness suitable for off-road riding.
• It is the rider's responsibility to ensure they are capable of handling the motorcycle provided or their own bike.
• Any medical conditions that may affect participation must be disclosed prior to the event.

4. Safety & Conduct

• Safety instructions provided by instructors, marshals, or event staff must be strictly followed.
• Reckless riding, substance abuse, or unsafe behavior will lead to immediate removal from the event without refund.
• Helmets and safety gear provided or required by Enduro Edge must be used at all times during riding sessions.
• Enduro Edge reserves the right to stop any participant from riding if safety is compromised.

5. Bookings & Payments

• Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a booking.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after payment is received and acknowledged.
• Failure to complete payment before the event may result in cancellation of participation.
• Bookings are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by Enduro Edge.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 15 days or more before the event are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7–15 days are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 0–7 days of the event are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early exit from the event.
• In case of weather conditions, natural disruptions, or government restrictions, Enduro Edge may reschedule or modify the event without liability for refund.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• Enduro Edge, its partners, instructors, and affiliates shall not be held responsible for any injury, accident, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
• Participation is strictly at the individual's own risk.
• Riders are responsible for their own insurance coverage if required.

8. Equipment & Damage

• Riders are responsible for any damage caused to motorcycles, gear, or property due to negligence or misuse.
• Any repair or replacement costs may be charged to the participant.
• Rental bikes provided by Enduro Edge must be used responsibly and returned in the condition received (normal wear and tear excepted).

9. Schedule & Participation

• Event timing, routes, and schedules are fixed but may change due to terrain, weather, or safety conditions.
• Participants must report at the designated location on time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
• Missing the start of the event will not be eligible for refunds.

10. Media & Content

• Enduro Edge may capture photos and videos during events for promotional use.
• By participating, you consent to the use of your images, videos, and footage in marketing, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise requested in writing before the event.

11. Changes to Terms

Enduro Edge reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be applicable.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Kerala.
