By completing a rental with Enduro Edge you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Assumption of Risk

Off-road riding involves inherent risks including accidents, injuries, and property damage. By renting, you voluntarily accept full responsibility for all risks associated with your participation.

Vehicle Responsibility

You agree to use the vehicle only for its intended purpose and not permit any unauthorised person to operate it. You confirm you hold adequate riding experience and a valid driving licence where required.

Damage & Liability

You are fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the rented vehicle during the rental period. All repair or replacement costs will be assessed by Enduro Edge and must be settled before or at return.

Safety Compliance

You must wear appropriate safety gear at all times — helmet, riding jacket, gloves, and boots at minimum. You agree to follow all instructions from our team and will not ride under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substance.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Enduro Edge, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from your use of the rented vehicle.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. Enduro Edge reserves the right to cancel a rental due to unsafe weather or conditions, in which case a full refund will be issued.

These terms form part of the rental agreement between you and Enduro Edge. Enduro Edge reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
